Signs of Change

The other day, we'll this day "Monday", I was walking around campus and I noticed something. The air was different. Sure, school was back in session. The hustle and bustle of the masses moving from A to B has a general white noise to it but this was different. The slightest hint of some crisp, clear Fall air surrounded me. Feeling this brought a smile to my face. Perhaps this summer wasn't quite as bad as it could've been and it isn't completely over, not just yet, but fall will be a welcome change.

On a different note, I hung out with and old aquaintence last night. Karaoke with her was the first actual time we had ever hung out together but even since high school we were only seprarated by one degree. Said degree has changed over time and expanded into just more than one person but never more than one was present. I must say it was quite enjoyable. Her and her friends are good, genuine people and they understand my sense of humor which is something rare. Some may laugh at my jokes but I wonder if they truely comprehend the depth of my wit at times. Example:
